In the daily life with family, work and other obligations it can be challenging enough to keep up a good training schedule. When on holidays it can be an even bigger challenge to keep in shape. Other than not having the "normal" schedule and training facilities around you it can also be difficult to fit in your training in the "holiday schedule".
