Yes, what do you get on a Glen Christiansen swim camp? First the obvious like swim training with focus on improving your technique, endurance, speed, start and turn training under highly qualified and very experienced international coaches. What we also do is landtraining and stretching every day to help your swimming and your own well being. Often we include open water swimming, dinners and seminars but there is also opportunities to do some sight seeing and cultural events.We often have a Doctor among the participants that can come in use sometimes. A long lasting memory is the friendship that grows between the participants regardless of nationality, age and swimming level. So even a "beginner" swimmer can train on the lane next to an Olympic swimmer. And in the end of the day we have all "sweated" together and can joke and laugh about it over dinner. An experience richer!
