Olympic Champion lars frölander

It is with plenty of pride and excitment we can announce that the Swedish swimming legend Lars Frölander will assist Glen Christiansen and his coach team at the next swim camp in Beirut, Lebanon. Lars who won the 100m butterfly at the Olympic Games in Sydney 2000  is still at the age of 39 in fantastic shape recently swimming and winning the 50m and 100m butterfly in 23 and 53+. Lars has assisted Glen before at camps and is a very much appreciated and knowledgable coach who happily shares his knowhow and experience with young and old. Lars will be accompanied by his fiancee beautiful Ida Kjos, a former championship swimmer and lawyer from Stockholm.
Coach Glen and organiser Laudy Asseily: - We are very happy that both Lars and Ida takes time to join us in Beirut and support our camps. The kids and adults will really benefit from meeting an Olympic Champion who 14 years after his Goldmedal race is still in Champion form. A real role-model for all of us".
